   Trainees have the right to receive technical training and work guidance according to their field.

2. Salary and Allowances
   Trainees have the right to receive wages as stated in the employment contract and Japanese labor law.

3. Legal Protection and Insurance
   Trainees are covered by labor and health insurance during their stay in Japan.

4. Accommodation and Living Facilities
   Housing and basic facilities are provided by the company or supervising organization.

5. Learning Opportunities
   Trainees may join additional programs to improve technical or language skills.

6. Communication and Support
   Trainees have the right to communicate with the sending organization and supervising organization if any issue arises.

Obligations

1. Obey Company Rules and Japanese Law
   Trainees must follow all workplace rules and Japanese legal regulations.

2. Maintain Discipline and Work Ethics
   Be punctual, diligent, and responsible at work.

3. Do Not Run Away or Violate the Contract
   It is strictly prohibited to leave the workplace without permission.

4. Show Respect and Good Manners
   Be polite to superiors, coworkers, and the local community.

5. Complete the Training Program
   Trainees must complete the training period as stated in the contract.

6. Report Problems Immediately
   Any issues must be reported to the company or supervising organization.
